A spacious space with beautiful views, ideal for enjoying family and friends in the Alps. The entrance is on the upper ground floor (Grez du Chaussée) with the Ferme du Lavay door sign. There is a large hallway for all outdoor shoes, coats, skis, etc. The entrance hall leads to a modern open-plan kitchen and dining room (ideal for entertaining and cooking). This opens onto a living room with two balconies, a TV, and a fireplace. There is Wi-Fi throughout the property. The garage has a ping-pong table and plenty of space for secure bicycle storage. There is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. A door from the dining room leads to the Mammoth Suite, which includes a large double bedroom (king-size bed) and a bedroom with a large single bed (with a trundle bed underneath). These bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a large bathtub and a walk-in shower. The top floor (Mezzanine) features a long hall leading to four family bedrooms. Three have en-suite bathrooms and all have a double bed and one or two single beds.
