Private owner rents 3-room apartment (35m², sleeps 4) in the centre of town, in a beautiful new residence built in traditional Savoyard style, set back from the road with lovely unobstructed views.
Close to shops, ski lifts and outdoor activities. D4 on the tourist office map.
Very bright apartment, refined comfort, cosy decor, south/south-east facing, with beautiful balcony/terrace, on the 2nd floor (lift), mountain view, comprising:

• A living room/kitchen with large bay window opening onto the balcony/terrace. Sofa, coffee table, television.
• Fully equipped kitchen, oven, 4 hotplates, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, ironing board and iron, 1 table and 4 chairs. (also on the balcony: 1 small table and 4 chairs)
• One bedroom with a large double bed (140x190 cm), with French windows opening onto the balcony, 2 deckchairs.
• A small Savoyard bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds and a window
• A bathroom with bath/shower and hairdryer
• A separate toilet
• A ski storage room (or space for two bikes) and a parking space
